if they are not dirty but just dusty, use canned air, blows it

right off of the shades without harming or discoloring the fabric

Fabric shades that have been glued together (not stitched) must

Dry Cleaning Fluid is a highly toxic & flammable chemical that is used at
dry cleaners to remove dirt & soil from clothing. Dry cleaning fluid is
also available commercially for use on washable & dry cleaning clothing.
Dry cleaning fluid is extremely toxic & flammable. Follow directions
carefully. Use in a well-ventilated area. Never use dry cleaning fluid in
the washing machine or the dryer.
